Called to Order: 7:30 pm by Jon Sessler.

Roll Call: Brian Reimers, done and approved

Guests/New members:There were no new members, but one of our old members from the east side was present,Greg Petrovski

Treasurers Report: Currently $470.00, plus sponsor checks and about $ 350.00 worth of products , Read and approved

Minutes of the previous meeting: Read and approved

Tournament Director Report: Discussion regarding early set up for tournament and park permit. Ralph talked to Bruce Baker and permit is on the way. Jon is talking to the Ranger regarding permit and possible early parking (for set up ) etc

Old Business: Christmas Party was a success, Trace said we spent $300.00 for gifts but received $ 210.00 back

New Business: Pledges for the Freeze your bass tournament. We had a brief discussion regarding the amounts that had been received from the various sponsors by Tracy, Jon and Brian. Also Ron Storment, Willie Parsons and Al and Shannon Lewis.

Al and Shannon donated money for the plaques.

Discussed big fish payout, decided to leave it at $1,000.00

Discussed entry fees and agreed to 125.00 entry and 25.00 for big fish per boat.

Discussed percentages of payout places and the program for determining payouts.

80% spread over 5 places

Lamar worked up a model for review

Jon and Larry will look into making spread sheet.

Jon announced there will be " Skeeter" Reel Money, Ron Hobbs will check with Triton

Discussed "no fish" raffle after weigh in. Will be decided either at next meeting or at tournament.

Decided to have donuts and coffee for breakfast and hot dogs at weigh in

Lamar will pick up the donuts and hot dogs

Lamar and Larry will be doing general set up

Brian Reimers will check live wells.

Ron Hobbs agreed to MC the tournament, drivers meeting and will be on hand to assist anglers with fizzing.

Jon has 6 tables for weigh in, breakfast, raffle etc

Tracy will be in charge of registering and raffle

Bill Grone will do the weigh in , Larry will write in weights

Agreed that no dead fish can be weighed for "big fish" money and dead fish will be penalized in weight in main tournament.

Discussed 3 fish limit versus 5 fish limit, agreed to keep it at 5 fish

Brian Henderson brought a sample of the flier for review. There was a discussion on how to get the most sponsors on the page with out going to two pages.

Agreed to provide syringes and fizzing diagrams again

Tracy has a big tent for cover and Brian Henderson has a couple awnings we can use.

Mark Marcantonio is going to write an article about the tournament for Fishing and Hunting News

Had a discussion regarding zebra mussels and current and upcoming legislation.

Big Fish: No big fish reported

Fishing Reports:

Willy lost two while fishing at Sammamish

Raffle/Adjourn: Jon Sessler donated some hand painted plugs to add to the items purchased from last month’s raffle, first ticket, Bill Grone. Raffle brought in $74.00
